Tell us about Mahogany Brown and the Case of the Disappearing Kid: Private Eye Mahogany Brown is on the hunt for Jimmie Jones' lost kid. As the case progresses, clues appear to reveal more about Mahogany Brown than she is ready to handle. A tale with many turns set in a world of comic book noir.
What inspired you to direct Mahogany Brown and the Case of the Disappearing Kid?: Comic Book Noir theme plus theatre plus one of my favorite playwrights equals the dream production combination!
What kind of theater speaks to you? What or who inspires you as an artist?: New work. I love working side by side with a playwright developing a new work of theatre. I am inspired when I get to discover an uncharted world with my collaborators!
What show have you recommended to your friends?: The last show was The Essential of the Straight and Narrow by The Mad Ones. It is playing at The New Ohio, don't miss it. Really. go. now.
Who would play you in a movie about yourself and what would it be called?: Tina Fey... mainly because I love her and maybe I would be able to hang with her. Titled "While We Were Making Shit Up"
